Stopped by Little Italy last night for the feast. Every year it gets a little bit larger. After getting my orange wrist band for unlimited frozen alcoholic beverages, I went on one of thoes virtual motin rides. You know.... you sit inside a small capsule in front of a large screen. They close the door and show a scene (this one happened to be a roller coaster on another planet). And the whole capsule moves in sync with whatever the screen shows you. Holy shit! It's so friggin realistic. But after 3 or 4 minutes I got pretty dizzy. Gratefully, it ended a minute or so later. My friend and I were still a little disoriented at least 15 minutes afterwards. But it was still a blast If your into that thing, I definitly reccomend (sp?) it. If you make it to the feast before it ends this weekend, the ride is right off Hester Street.
