Then in middle school it was "when i get to high school..." Then in high school it was "dammit, by college i'll actually do my damned work" and now, you're here, a junior in college, with two papers due this morning and it's dinner time and you still haven't finished the second one and you're praying that your professor will still count it as "turned in on friday" even if it is friday at, oh, 11 pm, and you just want to slit your wrists or get a good answer to "there's got to be something more to life, isn't there?" whichever is more satisfying. god, will i ever grow up? or will i always be hanging by a thread? and isn't there more to life than struggling? |
