I think I'm failing college. I can't believe it, I can't believe it, I can't believe this would ever happen to me. I think they're going to make me withdraw or something for six months, some policy thingie when I'm unable to get off academic probation. I just got on. No matter. What am I going to do for six months? Dig a hole and hibernate? Why oh why did I have to skip so many classes? Shit, I better get these papers done...they're my last hope.

six months? that's almost the whole school year. is it different in the states?

Don't sweat it. I came one third of a grade form getting kicked out. If it happens, it happens. Find a job and hang out for a while. Return in 6 months and try again.

I actually live in Canada. Thanks for suggestions and all...I've managed to calm down a bit. Guess I'll have to wait and see. I've been considering to reapply to some art schools I got accepted in last year. S'what I wanted to do all along anyways. This sciences program isn't working out, not what I really wanted to do.

What college are you going to? My husband knew a girl who got on the dean's list. (By the way it sounded, you'd think it was special) He went to a university in Canada too. They had bars on the campus. But this girl partied WAY too much. This was her week: Monday- sober up, Tuesday- sober up, Wednesday- get a start on Friday, Thursday- Party harder for Friday, Friday- get drunk like all hell, Saturday- continue partying like all hell, Sunday- wind down. And so on.
