    can anyone give me one good reason why i would want to live there?


    sheila, how far are you from tahoe? 60 miles or so?

    i don't know the exact mileage, it's about 2-1/2 hours+ driving. 60 miles is how far i drive to work. i can still see lots of snow from here, but it hasn't snowed for a couple of weeks and everything is blooming.

    i would not like to live in tahoe, it's phoney and expensive and the weather is not that great. terribly crowded.
