I like my job but I don't like the company where I work. They have crap policies on stuff like parental leave and practically ofrce everyone who applies for it to resign by making it so difficult. (not that i'm pregnant - I just think it illustrates how old fashioned and inflexible they are) Plus getting a decent payrise is like getting blood out of a stone. 1% when you're an exec on 250-500000 pa is plenty, but its bugger all to everyone else. |
but then again, it was my only office experience, so maybe all office is ass. and this is just from a "how was your day" point of view, all ideology aside. |
