I want to change the arrow/pointer and hourglass icons on my computers to something animated,but I can't find how to do it.A friend had changed his arrow to a little yellow flower and his hourglass to a bug.[but he can't remember how he did it]Both of my computers are Compaq's and both have windows 98.[I keep loosing my arrow on my laptop,and am hoping that by changing to something colorful,it'll be easier to keep track of]
