Thanks. |

my boss dropped the RIAA account in my lap last month. so while i've got SQL generating lists of big five copyrighted material, i'm downloading mp3s and burning discs in the back like it's the end of the fucking world. i feel like some kind of 21st century judas with over 5 gigs of "contraband" on the hard drive and a stack of burned cds up to my waist. it's an ugly situation and i'd rather not have anything to do with it at all. |
napster before I did. I think it's great stuff. But there is only one thing that ticks me off. That's incomplete versions of songs that are available for upload. Last week, I downloaded the Eagles's Desparado. The song cut off at, "You better let somebody love you before it's too la--" That sucked. |
anyway, forget about napster. audiognome audiogalaxy |
the wife loves it more than me, and dances like a hippy when she hears it. |
Thanks, Napster! |
So, I showed them. I found third parties that connect me to napster and a host of other servers, and even resume broken downloads, so there. No guilt about it, sorry, purists |
