my boyfriend still has pictures of his x girlfriend on his wall what should i do

By Big Kevin on Wednesday, December 26, 2001 - 07:59 pm:

first instinct- hurt him physically, burn the pics leave and never look back.

    BUT....

there is obviously more info that needs to come forth before decsion time comes around.

ie: -how long has he not been with X?
-how long was he with X
-how long have you been together?
-is she a model? (like, are her pics of her draped on cars or something)
-have you mentioned this issue to him prev.?
-does he even remember that they are there? (stop laughing, it could happen...)

but.. i would say, give him 1 chance, tell him you don't like the fact that the are still up, and give him 1-2 days before you go back to see the response.

I wouldn't worry about it unless they're nakey pix, in which case you should scan them and forward to Mark for analysis.

You're being jealous and insecure. I'm still friends with lots of my exs and I'd find it creepy if a new boyfriend complained about it.

We need more info to offer valid advice.

Such as,is he a photographer? Are his walls covered with his work?

Or are they just pics of her, with candle shrines illuminating them?

Is she alive? Is she dead? Have they found the body?

All these factors tie together, and give a picture of the situation.

How long have you known him? How serious are you about each other?

    We need more info............

    ask him about it.
I'm sure you can agree that when you have something up on your wall (or on a table, on a shelf...) for a long period of time, you forget it's there and don't even notice it. And you could be staring right at it.
    Point it out.

    Ignore them.

They could be covering nasty holes in the wall.

Or, the blood stains of the last person who asked about them. Of course I'm being sarcastic here!!
