Make a to-do list daily. Move any item to the next day not completed. Put a star by anything that really made you feel good. List the mundane with the complicated. Go to work. Buy milk and bread. Change oil. Check the e-mail. You may be surprised at the end of the day with your accomplishment. Get Physical: Start with everyday walks. Begin with one half mile, then one mile, try to get to two miles a day every day. Later add calisthenics. In your room do deep knee bends, sit-ups, and push-ups. Start slow and try to get to 25@ before going to work. Antihistamine: WHAT? In the spring and fall pollen gets in your system and the body produces histamine as a natural defense. You feel weak, listless and short of breath. You think that you have aged ten years. At night the shortness of breath can put you in a full panic attack. I like the four hour tablets. Also will help you sleep if taken before going to bed. |
