    I know - bloody work, but I promised a client I would ask my americans the best websites for job postings. So, can anyone help??? I know about Monster but are there any others you would look at?

    I have no idea yet - I think its something to do with engineering.

    They are trying to make Christchurch an IT hub or something. Given that we have no buildings or central city anymore. Its a weird place to live right now.

    the job market is changing. it seems like it's mostly inbound marketing and the company would be best off finding the job referral through someone already employed there, esp if you're talking an engineering type position.


    the company may have to consider increasing the salary range if they want to get someone talented who is willing to live in a city that's no longer a city and there are no buildings and so on.

    I guess it would also depend on the experience level they are looking at. If one doesn't need a lot of experience, they could also contact engineering departments at universities that are ranked high in that field and see if they can get recommendations about recent graduates.
