still wanders onto this site. i've been working on my family's history for years, now. one of the primary sources is a book called Oak Hill-Cedar Valley Pioneers. it's a book privately published in 1956 that includes stories of my family as settlers of that area south of austin, tx. i use the book as a source, but very few original copies remain in existence. the one i have is a photocopied version held in place with a plastic binder. i got it from a woman - now 85 - named frances bones batla. i want to find a way to publish my family's portion of the book online so i can link to it as a reference. does anybody know a way to do that? |
