tits out for the birthday bitch. |
what did you get from your best ladies? |
i got a notwist, a blip hop comp, and the latest johnny cash cd. i got a free b-day breakfast -- chorizo home fries -- which was deeeeee-licious. 40 bucks and a card from the xx ½ of my genetic source. drinking blonde ale. the sun is shining brightly as i complete my 36th lap around it. |
tonight, someone is making me dinner. i'm going to drink pacificos and kiss my mind goodbye. and this is my special gift to all the suckas who didn't land a spot in aries-ville. just the tip. |
jeezis, nate. that was all wrong. |
my granddad is huge on the eggs benedict. he highly recommended it at the joint we were at. |

oh, and happy belated birthday guys. love you both. |
(Damn you, Sem, you stole my line!) |
Fuck you,you ass :) Hope it was a good one! |
btw, can anyone tell me why the distance between home plate and field fences vary from ballpark to ballpark? this year they moved the left field fence in a bit at Comerica park. that just doesn't make any sense to me. it seems like there should be some regulation... like the 90' regulation between bases. i mean, they don't move the free-throw line in basketball. |
that's kinda nice. happy birthday too, nate! |
Basically, birthdays are mom got fucked in reverse days. So, there- I did it. |
er. wait. no, that's fucking gross. oh no no no no. i don't want that image. |

Yay free stuff! My birthday falls on Easter Sunday this year. Good thing I didn't want a party eh? |
dress spunk up in a bunny costume and give him a whip and have him chase the girls around shouting 'tear this temple down and i will rebuild it in three days!' followed by drunkenly pissing in the potted plants and slurring 'do this in rememberance of meeee!' hot damn! |
OMG, the mental images coming to my mind with Nate's birthday theme. I should be OTR that weekend, need I say more? I am going to hell just for these thoughts!!!! |

It just dawned on me that it's also my little sister's BD as well... Shit. Gotta give her a call. |
thanks. happy birthday to everyone. |
we're having a party this sunday. we got her an aqaurium. yeah man. 1 year. i got all teary eyed driving past the place where she was born. those 36-48s hours just before and just after her birth seem like a dream now. The emotional wave itself combined with the lack of sleep create for a very unique euphoria that id almost consider creating more spawn to experience again. Of course the sobering reality of such an idea far out weights any euphoria being apart birthing kids. that aside. you can see eva's early birthday present and some other cool images taken this past sunday and last week at the museum and playing bongos at angry sams. |
Eva eva one year old? Wow. |
i cannot believe eva is already one. holy hell. happy birthday, nate. email me your book please. |
happy birthday dave. |
Joyce Jillson: IF MARCH 23 IS YOUR BIRTHDAY: You're deserving of so much! Just believe it! Taking one person's good advice next month will get you the promotion or job you want by the start of summer. In May, perk up your social life by joining groups. Singles have sensational luck in an arena where they can pre-screen their partners -- like the Internet! Love is terrific with a Virgo or Scorpio. Your lucky numbers are 32, 10, 2, 43 and 15. Jeraldine Saunders: IF MARCH 23 IS YOUR BIRTHDAY . . . you are usually forthright and brave, and at this point of time are more demanding and willing to fight for your rights. You have a take-charge attitude and refuse to back down on important issues. Because there is a tendency at the moment to take offense at the least provocation, it would be wise to avoid acting impetuously and to think carefully before striking out on a new path. |

I think my obsessive gym-going in the last week has something to do with my upcoming birthday next month. I will have sharply defined delts by then. |

i'm uncomfortable about 37. i think i understand what some people (like j) felt about 30. or about whatever age. the age where people feel like they've really begun the decline. i don't think it's a full-blown mid-life crisis, just a melancholy recognition of what was and what awaits. yeah, it may even motivate me to seriously seek medication. i've been toying with the idea off and on for years. perhaps it's time to take the chemical plunge; undo the curse of the sandoz. |
my friend x emailed me two days ago to thank me for encouraging him to take the Prozac Plunge. i told him just to try it and if he didn't like it, stop taking it, and nothing lost. it took him about 6 weeks for it to get in, even out, and take affect. he's been born again. |
its the side affects that often arent readily apparent to us that are the probelem no? |
for some or perhaps many the benefits outweigh the risks. |
why? |
HOORAY |
It's supposed to stimulate your pituitary to produce growth hormone. Keeps you young(er)(ish) After taking it for two months I can say it feels pretty good. Dunno, could be the effects of spring. I have been better able to maintain my weight, though. I also feel, and this will sound odd... more manly. I feel sort of like I did when I was lifting weights six times a week. (I'm not exercizing at all, though.) |
I've had so many problems in the last two years I'll try almost anything. Antigone let me know how it works for you later. There is also this product which claims the same thing. http://www.naturesyouth.com/ny.php |
don't you think that product is a bit expensive? anybody know how to treat anemia? i know you're supposed to take iron... anything else? |
. Usually it's iron. Red meat and eggs are good sources. . So says google. |

I woke up with a terrible migraine and sick to my stomach today runnin a fever. I called in sick. we'll see what they say tomorrow. I probably just cost myself a permanent position. But I feel like shit, so whatever happens happens. |

errr. . . happy birthday!!! |
i spent my evening with Henry Rollins. Sure, i had to pay for it, but still. so cool the show fell on tonight :) The chick beside me was obviously only there because her fiance wanted to go. We had dead center seats! what a waste. She was all huffing and looking at her watch and sighing loudly. She obviously hadn't heard that Henry goes for 3 hours + . Around hour two she really started to lose it. Awwww, thanks dudes. |
he's hot all right, but getting up there in age. and his poetry sucks balls. and his constant self-mockery grow tiersome after a few minutes. but otherwise, definetly hot. |
I've come to wish you an unhappy birthday 'cause you're evil and you lie. And if you should die, I may feel slightly sad but I won't cry. Loved and lost, and some may say, when usually it's nothing, surely you're happy it should be this way? I say no. I'm going to kill my dog. May the line sag, the line sag heavy and deep tonight. I've come to wish you an unhappy birthday. I've come to wish you an unhappy birthday 'cause you're evil and you lie. And if you should die, I may feel slightly sad but I won't cry. Loved and lost, and some may say, when usually it's nothing, surely you're happy it should be this way? I said no, and then I shot myself. So drink, drink, drink and be ill tonight. From, the one you left behind. |
Hey, you may be right. |
yipee! |

Oh, right -- Rowlfe! Happy birthday! |
