Constsntly nightmare in my sleep makes me feel that my lifestyle so lacking. I just woke up from a frighten dream about one of my friend on a long trip just became a zombie after arriving at his home.
Try to change them. I know this sounds weird. But, I remember some Psycho Therapy thing I saw where the Psychiatrist told his patients they could contiously change their dreams.
Remember it is all Bull Shit. It just doesn't really matter if it works.
