By semillama on Thursday, August 15, 2002 - 09:15 pm:

alas my home connection is too slow.
although from what I saw at work, it looks like
    fun.
although I am not sure what's going on with
the quicktime movie of the girl washing blood
off her body in the shower. It's not hers, that's
    for sure.

By Nate on Thursday, August 15, 2002 - 10:33 pm:

By dave. on Friday, August 16, 2002 - 11:35 am:

patrick. that was idiotic. get out of l.a. while there's still hope.

By patrick on Friday, August 16, 2002 - 12:15 pm:

oh jeeeeze you're sucha wet blanket.

    thats kinda the point fool.

    A M U S E M E N T .

considering theres little on the web other than this site to hold my attention for more than 5 minutes, that site served its purpose. i stayed there a whole 12 minutes.

By Kalliope on Friday, August 16, 2002 - 02:41 pm:

By agatha on Friday, August 16, 2002 - 08:19 pm:

i thought it was really dumb. not even dumb funny, just boring and dumb.

not that anyone asked me, but yeah... dumbdadumbdumb.

By Nate on Friday, August 16, 2002 - 10:27 pm:

By spunky on Sunday, August 18, 2002 - 06:48 pm:

By semillama on Sunday, August 18, 2002 - 08:41 pm:

By Nate on Monday, August 19, 2002 - 10:50 am:

S&W is a frozen vegetable label.

    canned, too, i think.

By patrick on Monday, August 19, 2002 - 01:17 pm:

ok, you can all bite my ass then.

maybe it was the quicktime technology that impressed me.

S&W is a cafeteria where Im from.

By Dougie on Tuesday, August 20, 2002 - 08:34 am:

I've been checking out Exquisite Corpse lately (www.corpse.org). The editor of the site is Andrei Codrescu, the occasional contributor to NPR, whose radio commentaries I always enjoy. A lot of interesting stuff on the site, a lot of crap too, but worth a look.

By sarah on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 04:12 pm:

    speaking of favorite web sites.

what web sites does everyone here visit daily?

By Nate on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 04:28 pm:

    scottrade.com

i have tied my money to a single stock, the way a banana republic might tie it currency to the US dollar.

instead of buying the book "investing for dummies" i accidently bought the book "how you might invest if you are a complete idiot."

it's fucking awesome. i own 20000 shares of a highly volatile stock. i'm down 30%.

By Nate on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 04:31 pm:

but i'm up 5% today motherfuckers.

By Nate on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 04:59 pm:

    blackcockswhitesluts.com

    because that's how i roll

By agatha on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 08:28 pm:

Daily? Librarian.net. The Superficial. A message board for guinea pig owners. I'm boring. I just came off almost three years of checking my school's "virtual classrooms" every day, even several times a day, but that's over now praise be to god in heaven.

By Nate on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 08:37 pm:

there are message boards for guinea pig owners?

i mean, i believe it, the internets are like that, but what do you talk about?

By Jim aka Pajama on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 - 11:52 pm:

sarah: mostly boring crap for me.

    drudgereport.com
    cnn.com
    yahoo.com
    youtube.com
    tottyworld.blogspot.com

    and...er...

    manhunt.net
    bear411.com

By patrick on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 12:29 pm:

    dogster.com

By patrick on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 12:31 pm:

and what the hell was that that i posted in 2002?

By sarah on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 01:51 pm:

dogster! i love dogster. do you have a dog?

drudgereport used to be blocked at work. don't know if it still is.

i think i visit wikipedia almost every day.

    easynews. bbc. nytimes.

i have this bookmark folder named "daily", but i realized that of all the 20 or so links in there, i don't actually visit any of them daily.

By Nate on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 02:04 pm:

    i read drudge daily.

i have a quick link folder thing on my home computer that i "open all in tabs" daily:

    1. suicidegirls
    2. livejournal
    3. gmail
    4. sorabji

By TBone on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 03:05 pm:

    boingboing.net
Other than that, I'm pretty inconsistent.

By Dougie on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 03:23 pm:

I'm really boring -- newsday.com, nytimes.com, noreast.com, aol & yahoo mail. I also do scottrade, and used to check my stocks religiously. Now, I just check to make sure I'm not losing too much.

By patrick on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 03:36 pm:

yes sarah. its actually my gf's dog.

By agatha on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 09:01 pm:

Yes, there is a website for guinea pig owners. We talk about guinea pigs, among other things. I'm afraid to tell you where it is, for some reason.

By droopy on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 09:08 pm:

By Nate on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 09:13 pm:

i don't blame you. how i might soil guinea pig discussion.

By Jim aka Pajama on Thursday, August 17, 2006 - 09:32 pm:

    whoops. I forgot washingtonpost.com :)

By sarah on Friday, August 18, 2006 - 10:07 am:

that reminds me... did your article/letter get published?

how did all the coming out stuff go? you never followed up on that, home boy.

By Jim aka Pajama on Friday, August 18, 2006 - 01:58 pm:

ah-HA! but I did, sarah. in the original thread. LOL

By semillama on Monday, August 21, 2006 - 05:27 pm:

    somethingpositive.net
    rudepundit.org
    democraticunderground.com
    girlgenius.com (every m-w-f)
    pasty.com
    google news

I remember that pillow fight thing. It is much more amusing in my memory than it probably was when I saw it for the first time.

By e. on Monday, August 21, 2006 - 08:58 pm:

sem loves girlgenius more than he loves kazu.

    he told me.

By J on Friday, September 1, 2006 - 05:42 pm:
