I recommend the short 1-bar orchestra piece by Wolfgang Schorn. Original remark (in german): "das Orchester ist so zu verstärken, dass das gesamte Publikum durch die Schallenergie getötet wird" (the orchestra must be amplified such, that the whole audience is killed by the energy of the soundwaves). There are also other lethal works, where the Interpreters have to kill themselves ("(re)percussive action II"), or a "concerto for two diatonic hydrogen bombs with chamber orchestra", tuned in a-flat and d-flat. Also, less lethal but impressive is a piano concerto where (in further development of ravel's prototype "concerto for left hand alone") the soloist is required to be a complete torso (no legs and arms)

Didn't Black Sabbath do that?

Not Black Sabbath, but Mayhem really did that! After singer/leader Dead killed himself with a gun, members of the Norwegian Black Metal community dismembered his body, sending parts of it to relative and friends. Then photos of that, along with a picture of Dead pointing the gun to his head before killing himself, were published on the inner sleeve of the" Mayhem-Live in Leipzig" album. That's history, folks!!!

But it's not entertainment,not in my book.
