    Either plane flights are shorter than they used to be or I'm just
    imagining things, because I feel like that redeye took way less time
    than I remember the SFO-JFK flight lasting.

    Anyway, here I am. Sitting at a table in a hotel lobby waiting for
    them to check me in early so I can shower and hit the office. The
    last time I was in New York, the towers were still standing. My
    surreal mood this morning might just be fatigue, or something else.
