    First novel by the husband of my Senior year high school English teacher. Heavily researched fiction focusing on conversations between American poet Ray Carver and ex-President Nixon had they been friends in post-Watergate America.

    Interesting - - especially if you go into it with a clean slate about the personalities of the historical figures involved. That's easy for me, I missed Watergate by a couple years....
