I just finished this book, and it took a while. It was non-fiction, but not the kind of non-fiction I usually read, though there was a family resemblance. His narrative style is diffuse, but after I had accustomed myself it was interesting. I recommend it.

I own that book. It was given to me one chirstmas along with some Edward Abby. I never read it though. I should dig it up.

Monkey Wrench Gang, good book. Edward Abby.

Nate: I would also like to highly recommend anything by Stephen Jay Gould, but my favorite is "Wonderful Life." I've never read any Abbey, but after I read the River Why an ex-boyfriend told me I would prolly like it.

Christ almighty, Marge. You have an answer for everything. Seems you have done all there is to do. Experienced it all. Is there nothing left for you to do? Please enlightened me. I'm bored and need to hear more crap from those who float above us and cast their daily triumphs down in such a manner, so I can read it as fiction--like I always do with you. Another beer for ya? That might do the trick. Come back down to us for awhile. Nothing fancy. Just good ol' chit-chat.

Jeezis, and I provoked this hostility HOW?

My current goals are to be better employed than I am, and live somewhere I like better than Colorado. I can't think what I could have possibly done that counts as "all there is to do," but I'm in my 30s so I have kicked around some.

I'm super bad at romantic relationships, or I would post on that. If you're really that bored, I recommend moving to a city where you know noone, where every moment you keep you sanity will be an adventure. And I loathe being called Marge.
