I saw it sitting on the shelf upstairs this evening and I picked it up. I realized that now that my last exam has been written, I'm free to spend my time in any way I like. I don't have any homework. I don't have to study. I don't have any take-home responsibilities for the time being, and if I want to spend the evening reading a book that has absolutly nothing to do with my scholastic carreer, I can. And I don't have to feel guilty about it. So I read "The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon" and it wasn't half bad. Dissapointing in some parts, but over-all, an enjoyable event. |
