    Based on the strength of the collaboration on the 'Judgment Night' soundtrack, I went out and bought a Del cd. I think I might be able to get into it eventually, but while it's lyrically strong and has good cadence (something which drives me nuts is rapped lyrics with crap cadence) it's not pulling me in the way the artificial duo does. Love J Mascis with others -- Witness, written by g. hurley and as performed by firehose with J Mascis, really rocks my world too.

    del is the tightest mc out there man if you listen to his shit and break it down lyrically he is incredible. speaking in metaphors, changing his style frequently he is where the modern style of west coast abstract hip hop has progressed, he is an innovator. you should check out his future developement cd, deltron 3030, and no need for alarm cd's as well as shit he did with his crew heiroglyphics.
