I thought Gee had started a thread about it but I couldn,t find it.Saw it last night,it,s 3 hours and 20 minutes long and I never got up to pee,it was that good.I don,t want to spoil it for anyone but it might give American Beauty a run for the money.Bring Kleenex,it,s a true story, unforgetable.Tom Hanks was great as always, but everyone was outstanding.Next movie I want to see is Man on the Moon.

I want to see "Man in the Moon" too. I'm such a dolt. I never realized that's who the REM song was about. duh.

"The Green Mile" is one Stephen King book/stories I haven't read. I'm not as interestedin him anymore, now that he's all about thoughts and character development. I liked his spooky stuff better. But I liked the movie, bunches.

GODDAMNIT! I REALLY DON'T LIKE Stephen King. He's such a bad writer. He's just so FAKE and so contemptuous! And so GLORIFIED for writing LONG INANE BOOKS! GOD! If I saw him in the street I'd punch him in the stomach.

I don't have anything against this movie, it seems alot like To Kill a Mockingbird (PROBABLY PLAGARISM, THAT PHONY!) which was really good (the book, at least). My cousin (staying here) rented this lately but I didn't watch it.

Because Stephen King is an idiot.

Koontz is far better than King, but they always fuck up his movies, some looser inevidably ends up producing them, and they end up being bombs

When Stephen King writes a good book,he writes a good book.I loved alot of his books, when he wrote Saloms's Lot that scared the hell out of me,espeacially after the paperboy hit the roof with the newspaper at 5 in the morning. The Stand was great.

Stephen King isn't an idiot, he just let his ego get away from him. he used to rock the world. now he's all mush.

    koontz is a hack.
