    Very funny british movie, written by Ben Elton and starring Hugh Laurie. Cameos from Rowan Atkinson - very good ob/gyn at the fertility clinic - Dawon French - aussie nurse - and heaps of other british stars.

    I read the book Inconceivable (which is the basis for the screenplay), and for a change, I wasn't disappointed by the movie version. Obviously they can't show anyone wanking on screen, but the best lines were all there - and the characters too.

    Plus it was a moving story about infertility, without pulling (m)any punches about IVF and what a couple go through on the road to parenthood.

    Well worth a watch - just the right mix of funny and sad.
