depends on how you feel about seeing needles administering insulin shots, siezures, and nearly drowning infants. what i liked about the movie was Russel Crow's acting. also, how over time it became clear how his three primary human hallucinations were manifestations of or projections of his personality (disorder) and how he used them to manage the self-talk of his damaged psyche. maybe i'm giving it away. sorry.
