    Watched this morning on tape in honor of the election.

    (Burgess Meredith) The Penguin runs for mayor of Gotham city.
    He is way ahead in the polls until Batman steps into the race with Mayor Linseed as a deputy mayor.
    Don't want to spoil the ending.
