I stuck it in my queue because when I was in Montana, my roommates thought it was funny that whenever Keanu Reeves was mentioned, I couldn't let the conversation go without pointing out he was a really nice guy in real life. I didn't realize it was a habit of mine to defend him. When the movie came out, they teased me about wanting to see it (which I didn't), but when it came out on DVD I felt compelled to add it to my queue. Why am I telling you this? Anyway. Keanu Reeves. Really nice guy in real life. |
send the movie back without watching it. you'll catch autism. |
Then again, I haven't watched the bonus film that came with King of the Ants (dumb, don't bother) - which apparently has a minor role by Shatner himself. I don't know if I can bring myself to watch it. |
keanu is fine in things like "a scanner darkly." "bill and ted's excellent adventure." "the matrix." i don't think shatner has ever been credibly linked to autism. keanu, robert goulet, bagged baby spinach, sperm of men over forty, etc. those are the dangers. |
but otherwise im with nate. send it back and avoid sperm of men over 40. the world is so scary. |

I saw Lake House. I rented it. It was a chick flick. I've seen better movies in that genre. It was kind of flat. You know, like you didn't have to pause it if you went to the bathroom or to get a snack. When I hear Robert Goulet I always think that Edie Gormet is married to him, but I think she was married to Mel Torme, who was/is a white jazz singer. So this thought should move to the jazz thread. |
