I know I am a freak and all, but I thought all of those movies sucked ass!

I like Nate's picks better. You just keep thinkin' Nate, that's what you're good at ;)

Of the three, I liked Pulp Fiction, though it hardly qualifies as the best movie I've ever seen. I hated Saving Private Ryan, to the point where I can't talk about it without getting pissed off. I liked American Beauty but thought it was way overrated.

Saving Ryan's Privates was pretty damn good too: good plot, plenty of money shots, and bodacious ta-ta's galore. I'd give it 3 out of 4 penises up.

American Beauty was good, but I liked Ice Storm better.

    Never saw Pulp Ficition.

    Fiction.

of the three, Pulp fiction, btw, what ever happened to Tarantino?
American beauty was overrated but decent, Kevin Spacey was good but not as good as Usual Suspects.

Private Ryan was OK if you're able to watch the first 1/2 hr without getting sick. although Thin Red Line was my preferred war movie that year.

Dick Flashman WAS my all time fav. porn, but im not so sure anymore..... no replacement yet, just not sure if its still the tops

I actually found the first half hour of Saving Private Ryan, as disturbing and horrifying as it was, less nauseating than the rest of it.

By eri on Sunday, February 9, 2003 - 10:55 pm:

I never made it through the first half hour of Saving Private Ryan.

I don't have anything to complain about with American Beauty, but it was overrated and I was therefore dissapointed.

Pulp Fiction just plain bored me off of my ass. I don't really miss Tarantino, just like I don't miss Magnolia.

Thin Red Line made me laugh my ass off, especially when Woody Harrelson died after blowing his own ass off. I know it's warped, but I still laugh when I think about it.

I heard Tarantino is working on something called "Kill Bill."

By wisper on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 05:54 pm:

Kill Bill looks pretty darn good, or at least interesting. Some parts are in full anime.

i always liked Jackie Brown above all.

Speaking of movies, I can't believe Jack Nicholson is actually doing a movie with Adam fucking Sandler. That's like the Stones sharing a concert with the Backdoor Boys. Or Horowitz doing a double concerto with John Tesch. Or fill in your own slumming it analogy.
