    Close to Eden, and I remember I had a devil of a time tracking it down, so I sympathized with your difficulties.

    Although I have also seen East of Eden. East of Eden is kind of our local claim to fame, because James Dean was here! Shooting a movie! So it's fawned over in every local history book and watched in every high school class.

    i have just discovered that my local pbs station will start running "the fall and rise of reginald perrin" every saturday night, starting tonight. i have also discovered it will be showing ed wood's immortal "plan 9 from outerspace" at 1am. at least i have that.
