I hadn't heard of Afghanistan doing this. I don't think they were blindfolded. They also used to have them march in front of their advancing army. Nice people aren't they? |
seeing as my first point i heard from joan (bridge jewelry) who saw an isreali ambassador on tv who said it, i believe it's highly doubtful. as is the second point. i bought a t-shirt with the american flag and the statue of liberty on it. "give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free" i can't remember the next line. "i lift my lamp beside the golden door!" |
