    is anyone actually doing it?
    not like i've watched tv this week, anyway...it's more or less involuntary on my part.

    (it's the adbusters thingy)

    yeah.

    i'm actually almost against it, in the sense that too much activism can be a bad thing.

    i enjoy television.

    i watched hockey lastnight. I moved the TV on my patio again and sat under the dusk sky sipping wine. it was flawless and the Kings won.

    I didnt know anything about tv turnoff week. they should consider taking ads on tv to let people know about these kinds of things.

    I didn't know anything about tv turnoff week. It would have been funny if there were ads for it on the tv, though. I watched 7th heaven last night. Then a movie.

    I watched the Simpsons last night and then caught a bit of Everybody Loves Raymond. I don't get that show at all -- the wife is clearly an intelligent woman...why does she stay with that weak lump of a husband? Why the hell doesn't he stand up to his parents? (Because then there'd be no show?)

    i just watched half of babylon 5, and some of the simpsons.

    adbusters claims they had ads on cable.
    like a few seconds of a black screen and some text.

    i'm feeling that perhaps adbusters is a bit mainstream, and therefore, not so cool anymore.
