Why dave Rules....

sorabji.com: The Stalking Post: Why dave Rules....
By patrick on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 01:58 pm:

Why dave Rules is because I now possess over 5 hours of quality vibes because sir dave was so kind as to burn 4 discs, print out 4 info sheets and pay $1.06 in postage at the post office (not stamps mind you, actual post office meter sticker) to get them to me.

I was just recently hand-delivered said package and am now listening to Autechre and driving in dave's euro car commerical.

I knew there was a reason to wear my super comfort sassy sandals showing off my newly painted toenails.

    this is why dave rules.

    thank you.

By spunky on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:01 pm:

dave, are you responsible for patrick's newly painted toenails?
And what color are your toenails, may I ask?

By patrick on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:05 pm:

i forget the fucked up name given to them by the manufacturer but they are a brownish gray...mud color if you will.

dave had nothing to do with the nails. ive actually had them painted for months, "midnight blue". Im just trying a new color.

By Nate on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:10 pm:

    you mean dave., don't you?

By spunky on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:11 pm:

    Hmmm
eri has offered to paint my nails before, but I thought she was kidding.
I am not taking a stab here, I seriously just want to know, is this a common practice that I am not aware of?

By dave. on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:13 pm:

i hope you still like it a week from now. autechre can be rather challenging but once you've adjusted to the elevation change, it all makes sense. that album is one of the more listenable albums.

the toenails are not my fault but i'm sorry anyway.

By patrick on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:17 pm:

common practice? i dunno and not sure it matters.

the wife likes painting them. i like the tickling sensation of her painting them and i get tons of compliments on them. they look pretty damn sassy.

By Gee on Wednesday, September 4, 2002 - 02:28 pm:

patrick, how did that sound on the cd? i didn't listen to it then, but i'm listening to it now and it sounds distorted, like too much preamp. i hope it's just my equipment.

By dave. on Thursday, September 5, 2002 - 01:24 am:
