By semillama on Saturday, February 8, 2003 - 05:46 pm:

Conan O'Brien said it best last night - something along the lines of:

"We went from Threat level yellow to Orange today, which was explained to President Bush as going from Threat Level Bert to Ernie."

By Misty on Sunday, February 9, 2003 - 09:40 pm:

Well im at threat level red !
Bacause im sooo damn pissed at bush and his stupid decisions !!! AAAHHHHHH were all gonna die !

By Nate on Sunday, February 9, 2003 - 09:58 pm:

By Mr. ODinga on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 01:13 pm:

Anyone here happen to catch Booknotes on C-Span this past Sunday? The author of "Wild Fire" was interviewed.

Just heard on NPR that France and Germany are thinking about sending peace keepers, troops that are to keep peace, that would have to be done with the welcome of Iraq who has nothing to hide.
Pre-emptively invading another country, that bastard. The pre-emptive war, the "bush doctrine" will be the end of democracy in our country.
It's treason to go to war just to stay in office. Punishable by death. (Is there a democracy now? fuck no!)

By Fuckitall.com on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 01:21 pm:

you can't teach people to love with their minds, you have to love with your heart and I have never been more disgusted with this country. the shrub and his worshippers.

The Association of Christian Broadcasters declared Islam a "pagan religion" . . . naturally we've got to stamp it out . . right?!
What do you think the people of the Islamic world think of that.

By Hot head on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 01:24 pm:

The shrub is the threat level at it's highest.

By Color me red on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 01:29 pm:

"A quick and clean war would do wonders for the market"

    gotta bail out

By Antigone on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 01:33 pm:

So, what happens if the French and Germans have "peace keepers" in Iraq and we decide to invade anyway?

Can you say, "World War III"?

    I knew you could!

By patrick on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 01:41 pm:

im pretty sure they wouldnt be that stupid.

im really enjoying the fact that rest of the world isnt putting up with our imperialist bullshit anymore.

yeah. its kinda cool, like how everyone is sorta saying like...."hey man, wait a minute, thats out of line"

i means its really nice and all the Aussies are behind us....oh, wait, didnt they just boot their Prime Minister with a vote of "No Confidence".

    darn

well nouveau-facists like that dude from Spain and in Italy are behind us right?

and a few starving former eastern bloc countries who would support anything we do to bring western money to their soil.

    sweet.

By roughage on Monday, February 10, 2003 - 04:53 pm:

France was smart enough to disassociate itself from the NATO alliance. They have their own nuclear force. (force de frappe) it's like a hit to any country who dares to attack France. Unlike Blair who is shrub's poodle, Blair cannot launch a nuclear missile without permission from the U.S.
France is also a member of nato, they have their own personal national identity so to speak.
Any country that has the bomb will never be attacked.
Shrub would not attack the troops of our ally.
That would "checkmate" the shrub's plan. That's why it's so beautiful. France is a beautiful and wonderful country.

Shrub is more dangerous that Saddam Hussein.
He is one of these holy rollers who is willing to die, it's no coincidence that Crawford tx is the closest city to Waco.

Shrub is dangerous enough to bring the whole country down with him before he steps down from office. Just like david koresh. He preferred to die and worst of all, have all of his followers cremated in spite of their wishes to give up their stupid religion.

"France is a beautiful and wonderful country."

Those kinds of words can get a feller in trouble round these parts, stranger.

By Heraclitus on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 - 11:42 am:

    "feller" ?#*

"If Iraq ia attacked the gates of hell will open"

By Nate on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 - 11:47 am:

    morons.

By semillama on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 - 12:09 pm:

Does that mean Hell is a gated community? Figures it would be, really.

By Billy McBob on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 - 02:17 pm:

come on, would you blow up for us,?

Would you Start ranting and cursing and stuff and then Blow Up REal Good?

By semillama on Tuesday, February 11, 2003 - 06:02 pm:

    no.

By Z on Wednesday, February 12, 2003 - 01:10 pm:

it must be gated and the road that leads to it is paved with good intentions i've heard.

By Bigkevin on Wednesday, February 12, 2003 - 03:54 pm:

some one should force bush to watch the southpark movie, but without the happy ending where all the bad stuff is fixed.

Then, said someone, would have to point out the similarities to the movie and his reality. (then they would have to do it again, but using small words and little pictures)

I thought the road to hell was paved with gold

"France is a beautiful and wonderful country."

    Fuck the French....
