On Bill Maher's HBO show last night, he quoted the following tidbit from a media report. An Iraqi citizen of a freshly "secured" town was asked what liberation would bring to his community. His enthusiastic reply: "DEMOCRACY! WHISKEY! SEXY!" I think that sums it up nicely.
