Franken wins injunction hearing, big time: link (scroll down a bit...)

Believe it or not, the best publicly available coverage I've seen of the Franken injunction so far has been from Fox (the comma infested link is here: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,95484,00.html), though it didn't show up on a Google news search...

And he's not the front-runner, the lieut. gov. is...

There is a good short interview with Franken in the latest TIME...

Anybody read the book yet? Supposedly, the publicity is sending sales of his book through the roof. I read his "Rush Limbaugh..." book and enjoyed it, maybe I'll get this one.

Fox new's law suit really was stupid.

How they could ever claim the phrase "Fair and Balanced" as a trade mark I'll never know.

By semillama on Monday, August 25, 2003 - 04:18 pm:

Here's the kicker - Fox hired Dennis Miller to appear on Hannity and Colmes, and they are using this line to promote him: "It's Miller Time."

By Professor Frink on Monday, August 25, 2003 - 04:37 pm:

One American in a million will watch that show. It's called the Dennis Miller Quotient.

By Antigone on Monday, August 25, 2003 - 06:56 pm:

And, before we could even chat much about it, Fox wimps out. What a bunch of pussies.

By Hal on Tuesday, August 26, 2003 - 12:23 pm:

Won't THEY get nailed on "It's Miller Time?"

That would be funny as hell.
