    Hi everyone.

    How are you?

By platypus on Friday, February 9, 2007 - 02:53 pm:

I lay awake for an hour this morning listening to the roommate's alarm clock before finally getting up to bang on her door.

    No response.

    Dead? Possibly.

I wandered downstairs for some water, and the ponder the situation, wondering what I should do. I mean, if she was dead, I feel like it it should be attended to. Then the alarm stopped going off, so I figured she was only near death.

    "You ok," I said.

    No response.

And now it's started going off again. My entire body, including my hair, wants to sleep. But the infernal noise is wrapping around the inside of my skull, filling me with bitterness.

    This is how I am.

after 9 years i finally left gay publishing, and work for a non-profit theatre production company who publishes their plays for public radio broadcast and to CD. its been tremendous as I work from home some days of the week, the days when i have my spawn.

i jsut started so this week Im getting my basement office tricked out. today i bought an AirStream 2007 calendar from the $1 store. Its pretty cool.

otherwise ive been super busy too. i dont do so much photography any more but im playing music again with my girlfriend which is a very good thing. i had a rough Oct-Dec but have made huge steps in recent times in redirecting my life and safe to say those whom i love dearly survived and we are moving forward.

Glad to hear from you, Patty, and glad things are well with you. Your munchkin is adorable. I added you as my flickr contact so that I can channel having a cute young kidlet through you.

Things are boring around here lately. What's up with that? Why aren't more people signing up for CANDY EXCHANGE?

Antigone, I am glad that your going to be Dad soon. Good Luck :-)

i was actually wondering not too long ago how your lungs were treating you.

my boss's step son recently had the same thing happen to him. he's a tall skinny dude. that's what made me think of it.

after six years, i've started bodybuilding with a personal trainer again. it has made me an infinitely happier person. not that i was miserable before, but it just has reignited the passion for one of my favorite activities.

agatha.....i saw a pick on your flickr you, posing with Baker & Taylor cats. what.....do you attend book publishing trade shows? if so, do will you be at the Book Expo in June?

By heather on Monday, February 12, 2007 - 08:37 pm:

hey! where are y'all's flickr? dammit!

By agatha on Monday, February 12, 2007 - 10:24 pm:

I saw the scary Baker and Taylor cats at the American Library Association midwinter meeting in Seattle last month. I'm afraid I won't be at the book expo, much as I'd like to, my library won't pay for that.

kelsey, you look great. remember when we had breakfast w/ my friend David? that was fun.

we're coming out your way in the fall, september wise.

By Antigone on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 - 12:12 am:

Wow. I should have gone in there when I was in Seattle this past summer. I walked right past it twice a day going from the youth hostel to the hotel where my conference was.

By agatha on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 - 01:03 pm:

I do not look great! I'm fat as hell. You're a nice girl, though. Yes, I remember you and your lovely friend David.

Yes, Cleo is old. She'll be thirteen in a couple of months. You should see her myspace if you really want to feel old.

    Tiggy- should have gone where?

By Antigone on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 - 03:12 pm:

The library in downtown Seattle. It looks like that's where some of the pics are from, ya?

By sarah on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 - 04:42 pm:

you are not fat. if you want, i can show you what fat looks like, to prove that you are not.

By agatha on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 - 02:08 am:

I'm fatter than I was when I was less fat. It's okay.

Yep, that's the downtown library! It's crazy cool, but I have a sad feeling that it's going to be totally trashed within a couple of years.

By Dr Pepper on Wednesday, February 14, 2007 - 02:28 am:

Hey , I can't remember the comics book that is something to Ritchie Rich, the fat girl named Losta?, someone called her "fatso", sorry that so long ago when i was like 7 years old.
