Did you have to hire a lawyer & go to court & everything? Or was it handled internally via yr union rep(assuming you are a union member)? And can't you now sue for defamation of character, etc?

I was wondering what was happening. All i had heard from fB was a few forwarded attachments that I couldn't open, which I think were dirty cartoons.

It was handled through the state board of inspections and appeals. You can report ANY outrageous claim and they are mandated to investigate it, they talk to everyone but you then report their findings to you, then you must defend yourself. They are not allowed to release the person's name who reported it even if they know it was done malicously. This dumbass bragged. I am currently gathering evidence (photocopies etc.) regarding her illegal/unethical behavior. When she goes down the state will have a road map.

Funny thing is the Constituion says you are innocent until proven guilty. When the state issues you a license, you are guilty unless YOU prove YOURSELF innocent.....thank God I'm covered for 500,000 dollars for legal fees.
