Are we talking 3 mins, then 1 min to cool,then another 3 mins to kill "all known germs"???...because I keep seeing them old postings telling us to "eat hot fuck"...it comes in a shrink wrap perhaps,you need to poke it 5 times with a fork to let the steam out? well if its high in salt and fat,I wont eat it.
