There's a certain chill in the air, deciduous leaves turning and carried away by a determant wind, darkness falls at five-thirty. A comforting darkness takes over. Going to bed early and sleeping in late are justified by the shortness of the daytime. Flames are craved, not neccessary and all of a sudden I no longer feel guilty about wanting to spend time alone. Is it Hallowe'en? |
