It is just above the knee, brick red, and has a split in the front on the left leg, to about mid thigh. It looks fabulous. I look fabulous. I'm going to have some photos taken of me in all the clothes I haven't worn for so long. Yay me. |

I'm organising my personal trainer today - mainly to work off some frustration to do with the Grump (better use this excess energy for good, rather than eating my way back to happy), and eventually I am going to look fabulous. <insert manical laughter here> um not that i'm not fab already, i will be superfab! |

how much did you lose? how did you accomplish it? i'm curious. congrats! here's to your health, as well. |
I joined Weight Watchers last year when I realised I had two things that fit me. I didn't want to buy any new clothes in size 18, so I decided to get back into my fabulous wardrobe of slim clothes. I can definately recommend the WW program. Very easy to follow, and realistic about losing weight and keeping it off. Since joining, I have increased the amount of exercise I do (swimming and walking) and just kept an eye on what I eat. I have learned to eat more fruit and veges, and less junk food. But I still eat chocolate and icecream and other sweet things. Just not so much, not so often. And I don't like sausage rolls any more. |
