Queen Elizabeth is visating a VA hospital in Virginia as a part of a US tour. As she and her enterage are walking done the hall with severl doctors she notices in one of the rooms a male patient furiously jerking off, I mean spanking it like ther is no tommorow. The Queen blushes and asks the head Doc, "what on earth is going on here?" he replies, "oh sorry about that (closing the patients door), he has a condition in his testicals that requires him to 'release', otherwise his pelvic region will over flow with semen causing quite an infection"....."ah I see" says the Queen. "Quite a misfortune" the doc replied. AS they continued down the hall the Queen passed by another room in which a nurse was furiously blowing another male patient. I mean she was sucking the chrome off his tail pipe, make no bones about it. The Queen again flabbergasted, replied "oh my god what on earth is that?? What kind of hospital is this?"
