I joined this program called Blink Rewards when I first got my computer,it originally let me store bookmarks for free and if you click on their sponsors links you earned points for gift cards at Amazon and Target.I finally had enough points(after at least 4 years)to redeem for an Amazon gift certificate and I redeemed them July 10 397,000 points, when they sent me an e-mail confirming they had received my redemption it said it would take 2 to 3 months up to 90 days.October 10th and still no card so I e-mailed them on the 11,12,13, and not one asshole has acknowleged this or wrote back.I'm sooo pissed off.I want to report them to somebody, anybody, but don't know exactly what to do? Anybody have any ideas? Bastards!!

That's exactly what I did,had to do some detective work, there is no address on their site but there was a phone number found out they are a division of The Vendare Group and I got that address. Then I contacted the B.B.B for L.A,Orange,Riverside, and San Bernadino counties.

Good work. Don't let them get away with that.

Got an e-mail today from a Mark Ponce regarding my B.B.B. complaint #10364613,he's the manager for customer service for Blink and he said he was sorry for this oversight,he said he will send me a check for $50.00 in approximately 10 days,so we'll see.Since I got the BBB involved I think I might get it.I hate being hosed.
