the other day I found my website traffic had spiked to the point that I was going to lose service to my website because I'd reached my maximum allowance. After a very long time trying to figure out where it came from, i found his blog had leeched a portfolio image of my illustration of Jim Cramer (Mad Money host), without permission of course, directly off my bandwidth. And he does this for all his images, taking illustrations from people like me and just leeching to make his crappy articles a little bit prettier. not even taking the two minutes to download them and then upload them to his wordpress account (ive used wordpress and it takes no time at all) to save me money and business and time. fuck this fucking douchebag. so i changed the image file he was leeching to into something else: http://img214.imageshack.us/my.php?image=combinationps9.jpg i eventually took the image down because i didnt want to lose full service to my site and have to pay for more bandwidth i'd otherwise not use. for one of these ultra 'personal responsibility' types i would have least had hoped for an apology after I wrote to him several days ago. I guess that would be too much to ask from a Me-tard like Neiderhoffer. fuck. |

I'm talking to a copyright lawyer about that who probably will disagree, and 'not a secret' is a laugh since I had to hunt this asshole down myself. "Perhaps if you learned a little more about the internet and blogging sites in general you could find being linked to (or 'from') a positive experience in the future, as 95% of the rest of the internet community does." I cant believe he told me I'm the one who has to learn about the Internet, and that he thinks image leeching is accepted anywhere as something good. |
