Payphones not accepting incoming calls

I live in the 760 area code (North san diego county), and it is becoming a rarity to see a payphone that DOES accept incoming calls. The justification for this is that it prevents drug dealers from using them to make deals. This is a good cause, but it prevents a lot of fun :)
I have found a few which i call regularly, but they are few and very far between. if you know any 760 pay phones, add them to the list, and please, tell me! Also, is this happening in many other area codes?

in NYC the story is that many phones say they do not accept incoming calls, but in fact they do.

the drug dealer ruse is mostly lame and political (that was redundant), as was that whole "internet-is-for-pedophiles" thang that captured such interest last year.

most payphone owners reject incoming calls because there is no way for the owner to make money for the duration of that incoming call.

i suddenly have to go to sleep

I don't know what the deal is with payphones not accepting calls in. In this pitiful Northern Minnesota "city" you can't call a payphone, the call will not go through. Who knows how long poor Kenny stood in the cold waiting for us to call him back.

I would like to see an address for (602) 437-9900.
This payphone should be across the street from Maryvale Samaritan Hospital. If anyone knows this to be correct, please add this to the list. This is a Phoenix, Arizona location
