i tried calling a lot of payphones in the 301 and 202 area codes, but they either don't accept incoming calls, or i hear this modem sound after a couple of rings...
does anybody know any #'s there that will accept calls? i would really really really really appritiate it!
i'm new at this... can anybody help?
