    Phone numbers are not permanent. What would be handy is a database of payphone numbers, which includes the following fields:

    Phone number
    Address (if available)
    Submission date :yyyy.mm.dd
    Last accessed date :yyyy.mm.dd (anyone can vote to update this)
    Invalid/Complaints :## (anyone can vote to increment this)
    Webpage :The subpage here that includes photo's/stories involving this phone (when applicable)

    PS: 2001.03.05 Toronto will introduce a new area code completely mixed (geographically) with 416. The new area code will be 647. All local calls in 905/416/647 area codes will REQUIRE 10 digit dialing.
