No, they always say "Get me the LUDs off of that payphone." And when they say that, they mean get all of the outgoing or incoming calls off of it. I wanted to find out what that meant, or what that was an acronym for. Any help?

Records of all incoming and outgoing calls, not just toll calls. Depending on your phone system, every call may not be captured.

Most states require a court order to obtain them. I know--I've tried to get mine, and I can't.
