    As mentioned at http://www.phoneplusmag.com/hotnews/21h30144412.html, Verizon did a trial of 10 cent per minute calling at some of its pay phones in 2002. Does anyone know if this has lead to an expansion of such rates. If so, where are some of these payphones (besides Virginia and Florida)?
