    if yer an Insomniac, an i know i have been, and have friends that are also.

    Try a product by a company called Mannatech
    the product they make is "Plus" i think, and most people apear to get good sleep after a few days of taking it.

    Just thought u might want to know because i once had a friend say to me "if you can help me sleep you are a god"
    look up Mannatech in a search engin and you should find it.
