    and here's my idea.

    Real-world startup switches that you add to your computer.

    Imagine having a clamp on device that let you kick-start your 'puter like a motorcycle - complete with force-feedback and sound effects.

    Or a mower attachment with a pullcord. You could even add a little choke to it.

    Of course, it'd take up some space, and if the force feedback was accurate, you'd need some sort of bomb-proof setup to lock the thing down.

    I think there's enough geeks out there that I could sell the idea for a year or two until the novelty wore off.

    whaddaya think?
    (and if some of you motivted people run with it, cut me in on the money, eh?)
