Ron Guidry,lives here. My old drug dealer used to live catty-corner from his house. We used to get high,and we'd talk about going out in the street,and throwing baseballs on the Guidry roof,and when he came out to see what all the racket was,we were gonna ask him to play ball with us. We never did,though.But we sure had fun talking about it. |

the better team won the series, definitely. the first two of the three games that the yankees won were just by accident. but wow, what a great series all around! i was at the tavern across the street from my apartment saturday night and the local news showed up there with cameras and did interviews with folks there. too many yankee fans in the bar, mostly because they said they felt sorry for new york. it was standing room only that night. i go in there all the time and it's never been so busy. fun. |
