    WHY WERE THE TROOPS SENT INTO COMBAT WITHOUT THE NEEDED ARMOR AND SUPPLIES IN THE FIRST PLACE??

    Soldiers are still getting $1,700 sets of body armor Fed-exxed to them by their families as a birthday present because this invasion and occupation were so poorly planned and exectued.

    90 percent of the humvees still are still lacking armor."
